Our story

We are four young women with a passion for the hotel and restaurant business.
We grew up in Normandy and Sarthe.
Each of us has a different personality and background, but they are complementary and share the same values.
Our greatest quality is to advocate respect for the environment, simplicity, conviviality and sharing.
We are full of ideas to make you live a unique moment in the heart of the Alpes Mancelles...

In the kitchen

Victoire and Dorine have known each other for several years.

Victoire, a passionate chef, will surprise you with her gourmet and refined dishes, with a subtle touch of spices and aromas from the garden that will take you on a journey.

Dorine, a pastry chef and trained cook (Ferrandi school), sets the tone with her vegetarian starters and desserts that are sure to keep you coming back.

The sisters Zoé and Léa welcome you with a smile, a touch of humour and always with a sense of caring. They guarantee you a unique moment. With friends, family or company, we guarantee you a moment of change of scenery out of time.

Zoé will advise you on different food and wine combinations (always organic and local). She is available to answer all your most unusual requests.

You can find Léa, the one who hides behind your screens, on our facebook, instagram, linkedin and internet pages to let you discover the life of the Maison du Gasseau through various events, each one more eccentric than the last.
One thing is certain, you won't regret coming!
